FROM THE AWARD WINNING TEAM AT ANIMUS DISTILLERY

This excellent cocktail draws on Animus Distillery’s Champion Small Batch gin, combined with the sourness of fresh lime and a hint of house-made simple syrup to produce a delightfully refreshing sipping beverage.  

INGREDIENTS

Animus Arboretum Gin 60ml

Lime Juice 30ml

Simple Sugar Syrup 15ml

METHOD

Pour all ingredients over ice and stir until chilled.

Double strain into a coupette and garnish with a lime rind twist.
